I have been a massage therapist for 16 years.  I graduated from the CT Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT) in 1992 and started the Therapeutic Massage Center of Vernon.

I started teaching at CCMT in 1996 and continue to teach at the school.  In addition to teaching the beginning hands-on class, I teach the Study Skills Workshop, which gives students tools for effective studying.

In 2005 I started classes in Quantum-Touch. In 2006 I became a Certified Quantum-Touch Practitioner and in 2007 a Certified Quantum-Touch Instructor.

In my practice, I tailor the client's session to include Swedish Massage, Orthopedic Massage, Quantum-Touch, or a combination of modalities.  It is up to you, the client.
